Day 51

It’s back to work and catch-up time. I started the morning off with 1 cup of raw oatmeal and raisins that Brooke made. I almost never eat oatmeal, unless Brooke makes it. I’m just too lazy to make it, and it really only helps on muscle building days.

What I was excited about was getting my smoothies in. I started with 33oz of smoothie from the first batch I made for my family. It was my typical daily drinker recipe.

Then I made another batch and drank the whole thing throughout the day as I caught up on phone calls and business, while home schooling the boys.

Throughout the day, I ate a banana, orange, and apple. I ended the night with 4 bowls of frozen cherries. After the first bowl, I just couldn’t stop.
