Day 47

After a wonderful business trip, it was time to head back home. But now before we visited Moab for a night. I started with a full blender of smoothie, before heading to Moab, UT. I had 2 Nugo bars in the car that I ate on the way to Moab. We stopped and hiked at Dead Horse Point and took in some beautiful views. I couldn’t help but take the opportunity to do some push-ups from high up above the canyon. Dinner was a delicious tofu salad and green curry over rice. Tomorrow was going to be a hike through arches national park. I couldn’t wait for that.
