Day 32

What a full day! I arrived at 3am. Slept for a few short hours and was on stage at 9am. I taught from 9am to 9pm, expending 100 extra calories per hour versus my normal sitting all day.

Lunch started with a huge plate of salad with root veggies on top. Then a plate of watermelon, and a plate of rice, quinoa, and mixed veggies.

Snack was a clif bar.

Dinner started with another huge plate of salad. Then a plate of mixed fruit and finally a plate of quinoa, rice, and grilled zucchini.

Then I had another cliff bar and worked out. 30 minutes of elliptical intervals, and a few sets of calisthenics.
